We want you to love your skincare. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it
- Unopened and unused (safety seal and packaging intact)
- In the original packaging
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products, unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@skinceuticells.com with:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The product(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Our team will review your request and let you know if it is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you: A return shipping label (if applicable) and give you Instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions about returns at info@skinceuticells.com.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if An item is defective or damaged, or You received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and work with you to repair, replace, or refund the item as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used skincare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items with tampered or removed safety seals
- Sale / clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to: Request a return for the product you have And Once your return is approved, place a new order for the product you’d like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
As above, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unopened and unused, with tags (if applicable)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved: Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@skinceuticells.com.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will usually cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (change of mind, ordered the wrong product, etc.), return shipping costs may be your responsibility. We’ll confirm this when we approve your return.
